Plain language: Gambloria is a free, entertainment-only social casino. You play with virtual coins. The coins have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for cash, prizes, or anything else of value. No real-money gambling takes place anywhere on this Site.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Gambloria Social Casino website ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Age requirement

The Site is only intended for users over legal gambling age, defined as 21 years or older for the purposes of the Site. By using the Site you affirm that you are at least 21 years of age. Sign-up requires date-of-birth confirmation. The Site does not knowingly admit minors.

3. Nature of the Site — social casino, not real-money gambling

The Site is a social casino. Per the published definition that applies here:

"Social casino games are online simulated gambling-style games where there is no opportunity to win something of value."

Gambloria is not offering or promoting real money gambling and is not providing prizes of real-world value. There is no way to convert anything you do on the Site into money, prizes, cryptocurrency, or any item of monetary value.

4. Virtual currency (Gold Coins)

The Site uses a single virtual currency called Gold Coins (GC). The following terms apply:

GC are virtual credits with no monetary value.
GC cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or converted for cash, prizes, real-world goods, services, cryptocurrency, gift cards, or anything else of monetary value.
GC have no ownership rights — they are a counter inside your browser and may be reset by the operator or lost through normal browser data clearing.
The Site does not operate a sweepstakes program. There is no second currency (such as Sweeps Coins) that could be redeemed for prizes.

5. In-app purchases disclosure

The Site currently exposes a "Buy Coins" button in the header. In this showcase version the button is a placeholder and no purchase is processed.

In any production version of the Site, in-app purchases of Gold Coin packs would be available. Such purchases would be entirely entertainment — they grant only additional virtual Gold Coins for use within the Site, and have no real-money return. Pricing, availability and exact terms of any future in-app purchase would be disclosed at the point of purchase.

6. Game content

All slot games on Gambloria are designed, built, and operated by Gambloria. Game logic, animations, symbol sets, paytables, and bonus mechanics are Gambloria's own work. No third-party game content is embedded, loaded, or proxied on the Site. Gameplay runs entirely in your browser's JavaScript engine — Gambloria's server does not host or serve any third-party game assets.

7. Geographic restrictions

The Site is intended for visitors from jurisdictions where social casino games are lawful. The following countries are explicitly within the operator-targeted set:

8. Account and acceptable use

You may not share, transfer, or sell your account.
You may not use automation, scripts, or bots against the Site.
You may not attempt to circumvent age verification.
You may not commercially scrape, reframe, or republish the Site.
You may not represent Gambloria's content as your own.

The operator may terminate or restrict any account at any time without prior notice.

9. No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". No warranty is made about availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation. Third-party demo content is provided by the third-party provider — Gambloria makes no representation as to its operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site. The operator's total liability shall in no event exceed USD $0, given that no payments are taken on this showcase Site.

11. Brand acknowledgment

Gambloria and the Gold Coin emblem are marks of the Gambloria Social Casino operator. Any other names or marks that appear on the Site are the property of their respective owners; no affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement is claimed.

12. Changes

The operator may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change.
